Having trouble with your PC or Laptop? Let us take a look!
SCOPE provides, free of charge, diagnostics and troubleshooting of hardware/software trouble on your Personal Computer. Student Repair is entirely staffed by Sinclair students.
- We do strongly recommend you call the vendor of your computer if that PC or laptop is under warranty.
- Please note that we can not offer any verbal or written warranty, expressed or implied, for work done on your PC.
To have a SCOPE Student check out your computer, fill in the service ticket form (link below), and bring the laptop and power supply or desktop CPU to the SCOPE office in building 5, room 114. All PCs or laptops submitted for repair must be owned by that student or faculty. Be ready to provide a short description of the problem. Our student will diagnose your computer. If we can't fix a problem, we can identify and suggest items you may need to purchase or replace.
Our SCOPE main services can perform these services:
- Computers tune-ups
- Operating System Upgrades & Updates
- Dianostics
- Virus, Trojans, & Spyware Removal
- New Computer Set-up

We are available to answer questions and provide help at (937) 512- 4218 (on campus-x4218) or through e-mail, kenneth.hook@sinclair.edu.
Please complete the form, this will create a
service ticket in the SCOPE-Service service ticket system.

Please print the ticket, and bring with you.
